This is a type of propaganda map which depicts Israel's Prime Minister seemingly waiting for U.S. President Bush to give him a rather large pair of sicissors to "wipe" Gaza off of the map. Propaganda maps are used to spread rumors that will either help or harm people, groups and movements.
